Here are some answers to some of our frequently asked questions — if we missed your question, get in touch!

• I placed an order, when will my shoes arrive?
  Shoes are made to order, and will ship within 2-3 weeks after you place your order. 
  
  
• How do I know what size to order?
  Sizes are in inches. To measure baby's foot, trace from heel to toe on a piece of paper then measure with measuring tape. Add 1/2" for wiggle room.
• I live in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, how do I get free delivery? Order $30 or more and choose local delivery at checkout.
